By accessing our app Imjobalert and/or website www.imjobalert.com (hereinafter referred to as “Website” or “App” or “Imjobalert”) You agree to be bound by the provisions of these Terms of Use

·         The domain name, Website and the App is owned, registered and operated by “Sorting Hat Technologies Private Limited” a private company incorporated under the (Indian) Companies Act, 2013, and having its registered office at No. 353, 12th ‘A’ cross, off Double Road, Opp. City Centre Residency, Indiranagar, 1st stage, Bangalore 560 038, Karnataka, India (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us” or “our” or “Company” or “Imjobalert”). These Terms of Use, are between Imjobalert, and the User(s), who are registered or with us, or those who use Imjobalert as unregistered users (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your” or “User(s)”).

Please read these Terms of Use as they shall govern your use of Imjobalert. By using or visiting including but not limited to Website, App or any products, software, information, data feeds, materials or services provided to you on, from, or through Imjobalert (collectively the “Platform”) you signify your agreement to (1) these “Terms of Use”, (2) our Privacy Policy available on the Website and (3) any other terms, guidelines, rules, additional terms of service, or other disclaimer & notices if any ("Additional Terms"). If you do not agree to any of these terms please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform

The Platform includes all aspects of Imjobalert including but not limited to information, products, software and services offered via Imjobalert.

·         The Platform provides online practice tests series, video tutorials etc. (hereinafter “Content”) submitted by the content creator (“Content Creator”). Additionally, information links relating to jobs, notification, bulletins and news etc are provided as is and shall be governed by the terms of the relevant office/website posting the same. Imjobalert does not own any on the Content in the Platform. You agree and acknowledge that the Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the Content and by using the Platform, you expressly relieve Imjobalert from any and all liability arising from the Content.

The Platform may include or contain links to any third-party websites that may or may not be owned or controlled by Imjobalert. Imjobalert has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. In addition, Imjobalert will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Platform, you expressly relieve us from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website or services. However, we recommend that before you use any third-party service or website you read and understand the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each such website that you visit.

You agree and acknowledge that Imjobalert shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Platform, including, but not limited to, the Content, hours of availability and equipment needed for access or use. Further, we may discontinue disseminating any portion of information or category of information, may change or eliminate any transmission method and may change transmission speeds or other signal characteristics. Imjobalert reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform, terminate Accounts, remove any Content without any prior notice.
